LOT ATTENDANT - Green Valley/Sahuarita location


Our Green Valley/Sahuarita location has an immediate opening for a Lot Attendant.

This is a full time position that includes Saturdays.
Duties include driving, organizing and displaying the sales lot, detailing vehicles and other duties assigned. We offer a positive work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintains the physical appearance of the lot and vehicles, prepares vehicles for delivery and performs miscellaneous errands, assignments and tasks for the sales department as directed by the Sales Manager.  Washes, cleans and dries vehicles, both inside and out, on a daily basis; starts each displayed vehicle every morning and advises manager if a vehicle will not start; rearranges vehicle display positions as directed by the manager; maintains all lights, pennants and sales equipment ready for use; delivers and picks up vehicles from the preparation and/or reconditioning area.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Washes, cleans, and dries vehicles (inside and out) on a daily basis.
  • Starts each displayed vehicle every morning, advises the General Manger if a vehicle will not start.
  • Rearranges vehicle display positions as directed by manager.
  • Maintains all lights, pennants and sales equipment ready for use.
  • Delivers and picks up vehicles from the preparations and/or reconditioning area.
  • Reads basic maps, follows written directions to off-site locations.

  • REQUIRMENTS
    Must have a valid Arizona driver's license with acceptable driving record and ablility to drive a manual and automatic equipped vehicle.

    VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT

    Description:
    This is an exciting and challenging position offering a rewarding career for your diligent efforts. Greets all customers, builds rapport, common ground, relationships, identifies wants and needs of the customer, and works in the best interest of the customer; completes information required on all sales forms (DMV, credit applications, offer to purchase contracts); schedules appointments with prospective buyers; responds to direct inquiries and follows-up with previous customer contacts; able to work with customers to match their needs to our vehicles; able to communicate the benefits, features, specifications, prices, options, accessories and models for all product lines; safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route; physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage.  Maintains the required sales performance results, customer satisfaction, product knowledge, customer follow up and other assigned duties.

    IT Support Specialist

    DEFINITION:
    Designs, supports, maintains, and evaluates computer networking and telecommunication systems; installs, configures, maintains  and supports PCs, servers, network routing equipment and video & voice systems (PBX, phones, videoconferencing units, etc?); supports employee technology issues, promotes network security (e-mail, system access, Internet content filtering, firewall & anti-virus monitoring, etc?) and handles other technology related issues; performs other related duties as assigned.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Network Support Administration supports the day-to-day operation of our company's computer networks and its users.  This includes but is not limited to: hardware/software support; training; special projects; system installations & configurations; backups; equipment maintenance; problem solving; systems documentation; support log maintenance; network troubleshooting, data & access security; researches and evaluates new technologies related to company business; assists in planning, coordinating and consulting with vendors and users for hardware/software purchases; keeps current regarding new hardware/software products relevant to company business; manages network security (anti-virus updates, firewalls, Internet content filtering, email usage, etc); telephone systems support (adds, moves, changes, troubleshooting); perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education & ExperienceAny combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree in management information science, computer science, information engineering or other related areas; such education should be at a level which demonstrates the ability to perform duties comparable to those listed herein. Training and experience in supporting Microsoft Server and/or Cisco technologies is required.  Microsoft or Cisco Certification is preferred.
    Knowledge:
    Working knowledge of common computer operating systems, local and wide area networks, Internet/Intranet, e-mail systems, network support tools (software & hardware), general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, software utilities and  proper records maintenance for relevant tasks.
    Skills & Abilities:
    Must be able to maintain voice and data networks and equipment; provide technical support to users; administer day-to-day network operations (general IT systems maintenance procedures such as backups, server log reviews, monitoring system performance, etc?); communicate effectively in both oral and written form; explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to system users; read, interpret and apply technical manuals and related documents; keep current by reading, interpreting, and applying information presented in trade journals, newspapers, and magazines; ability to learn new software and hardware packages; adapt to changes in technology; work independently and as a team member; establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with all those contacted during the course of work.
    Additional Requirements:
    Possession of a valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record; ability and willingness to being on a rotational "after hours on-call" status and work additional hours during the week and/or weekend, if required.

    BODY/PAINT TECHNICIAN

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Repairs and reconstructs accident damaged vehicles; oversees the work of apprentice body shop technicians- maintains an honest and direct relationship with body shop management; Performs assigned vehicle body repair work with speed, accuracy and quality in accordance with manufacturer, insurance company and dealership standards; identifies parts and equipment needed for specific Job being performed; completes assigned work in a safe manner, consistent with federal, state, manufacturer and company safety guides; advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools; performs safety drive of vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes; obeys all state, federal and DMV laws and regulation, and adheres to all company policies, procedures code of Ethics and all other established guidelines.

  • 3 years or more experience.
  • I -car and ASE certified a plus
  • Own required tools.

    Certified Ford Diesel Technician

    Jim Click Ford Lincoln Mercury at 22nd and Wilmot has an opening for a Ford Certified Diesel Service Technician that has experience with 6.0L, 6.4L and 7.3L engine diagnosis and repairs.

    8. Extensive out-of-doors work during daytime and nighttime hours in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
